Project Manager

Job description: 

The Project Manager serves as a liaison with the creative team to execute projects; including but not limited to, website design and development, design and branded assets, logo design, social media and digital marketing campaigns, photography sessions, and video projects. Experience with leading each type of project mentioned is not required, although having project management and industry experience is preferred.

Your role is to work with clients to determine criteria for success in a project and report directly to the Director of Operations. The project manager is tasked with communicating with both the creative team and the client, collecting information needed to complete the project, working with the client to meet their own approval deadlines, and keeping the project moving forward on time. A project manager may also have to work with accounting to ensure client invoices are paid. This role is also tasked with documenting how retainer hours are spent and budgets used to execute a campaign or project.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of project management.

• Experience in a previous marketing agency or similar applicable project management work in government, manufacturing or corporate consumer brands.
